Planned Absence Forms: If your student will not be attending school for 2 or more days, please complete this form and submit it to the Main Office at least two weeks before the absence. This process helps the classroom, cafeteria, and Nurse's station run more efficiently. Paper forms can be sent home from the Main Office, up on request.
